I recently had the pleasure of staying at Best Western and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel's recent reconstruction truly elevated the comfort and quality of the rooms, complete with a great bathroom and a cozy bed. The location is unbeatable, within walking distance of Aachen's famous thermae/spa and the vibrant central square packed with tourist attractions and restaurants. The outstanding service, especially from the lovely receptionist Sandra, added a personal touch to my stay. Despite the small room size, the cleanliness, quietness, and comfortable amenities like the mini bar and elevator access made my experience exceptional. Highly recommended for a memorable and convenient stay in Aachen.
